These dirtball companies are all the same, so predictable.
They don't give a crap about shareholders at all. They just raise capital to pay the execs bigger bonuses this year.
Any time a pharmaceutical company with no products doubles or more in a few days and have no cash balance, they will do a share offering. Be weary, it's a common scam.
