good catch:
indeed that part of Amsterdam is not cheap !! at all.
I think for OTC they need to show last 2 years of financials so 2011 and 2012, accountants must be working intensely
also they must have given 2011figs to DIAAF since DIAAF used these in their unaudited report for 2011.
DIAAF and Mati set up TR USA LLc which owns 100% of TR INT BV (which owns TR UK also, for research)
DIAAF paid for TR through raising OS from 64M to 369M in fact back in 2010
