In the meanwhile I made some research about the 2 other companies:
New Health Era and Face to Face S.A.

Both are swiss companies made in march 2012:

New Health Era has as purpose: any activity in the field of sales, marketing, research and production in the area of e-health by providing software solutions and comprehensive services to all players in the science of life
