Very, sorry to bring this subject up at this late hour, but you must specify which 10K you are referring to...2009, 2010, 2011 or 2012!!!!!

You see, you cannot file the 2012 until the 2009 is properly audited. Before that takes place you must announce in a PR the name of the auditors and where they are located. You know, something like Rotenberg in Rochester, NY!!!
