1) Is it not true that the Mexico deal not paying sent GDGI into sub-penny land?

2) When was the water treatment system first utilized by GDGI?

anyone have this? i was watching closely at the time and do not remember seeing this. i had noticed very low revenue all around on the 10qs but i never saw any release that anyone had ever agreed to pay in mexico in the first place, let alone failed to pay. not to say it didnt happen, but i will be surprised that i did not notice if someone comes up with this info.
