Wise choice me friend. I, on the other hand, like the big massive payout. I have done it twice on the pennyland. The profit I made on those two was my down payment for my Cali house that I bought last year. That same house is now up a whopping 200K in one year. Talk about timing.
Although, real estate has been good to me in the past 23 years, the money I made there would be considered cookie crumbs compare to what I am expecting to make here. ANTS will be my biggest return ever. Bigger than all of my real estate transaction combined. I will retire for good when we hit 2.00. I dont see any reason why we cant get there in a year or two.
