that is a huge difference. i thought they had the anti scale for more than two years. this thing would be worse than useless without it. well, two years - i am still confounded by their failure to sell more, or pretty much any, of these commercial units. i am not saying i smell a rat, i am saying "huh. i would think these things should fly off the shelf like hot cakes, but it has been (i guess only 2) years and just about zero progress." i find that very surprising, but surprising as it is, it does seem to be the real history and if history surprised me, i can use that information to be less surprised by the future. so while on the one hand i think, as soon as the client doing the test sees how much they can save, they should be certain to buy it, i also think those other guys should have been certain to buy it too, but they didnt.
