The word "appear" in your post is questionable in my view. Gnosis has admitted that he would like to load up at the .004 to .005 level after the price retreats from where it is now, and the things he says may be intended to cause folks here to think the stock is overbought.
But even he admitted that the PPS was around 10 cents at a time when the negatives that he has mentioned were present. So why would he suggest that there would be a pullback; implying that the stock is overbought?
