Of course economic indicators are important. But I am not sure WAG will see a loss of sales of presriptions and the normal staple items purchased at most Walgreens outlets based on consumer confidence numbers. They are not selling appliances and big ticket/durable goods items that are more likely to be negatively impacted by a cyclical drop in consumer confidence.

And, to my understanding the Sushi and other upscale items are only being introduced in the upscale Flagship stores., e.g. LA, Downtown Chicago, and Wall Street, etc. where the higher end clientele are close by, i.e. the type of clientele that does not typically reduce their spending as consumer confidence figures go up and down. Food for thought.
