Not DTC Chill...Ameritrade is restricting the purchase of shares for some reason. From what has been reported here they do this with a lot of penny stocks.
Some have said that you can call them on the phone to place an order. Maybe you can verify that???
I too use ameritrade, but bought in two weeks ago, and also made one buy last week without problem.
