yes it is normal because as Nick did all ready said Nick is outside to promote and find retailers and follow the production, and Ray make the office work, because Nick want to manage and control everything and have an eyes on everything to make it well, it is normal my friend, for that job they are only two and i understand it and it is always better to promote a product when you are the Ceo :)
