If I read it right, It looks like Asher has a debt maturity date of January 30, which is tommorrow. I am not sure if that translates into conversions though.

I think we are still priced speculatively very very low for the potential but I do think that 800,000 gets filled- still some dumping left imo..

but I think they want to hold the price around this range..
