I was just pointing out that the fraud that GDSM perpetrates versus the fraud that Jenkins perpetrates are in two different arenas. One is SEC-regulated, the other is AZBOTR-regulated. There might be some overlap if it is shown that Jenkins was involved with GDSM or WSRA as more than a simple "mining engineer". Of course, civil suits could also be filed on either.
