You can buy from TD .....just have to call it in ...I bought penny stock this morning with them .....all penny stocks must be called in personally ...you cannot just buy it online by yourself ...too risky for TD they want a record of the person doing the buying on recording ....pennies are a risk and they are only protecting the buyer and themselves ...
