That's a red herring question IMHO; but the answer should be: not very long. The real questions are: 1. How much plastic is available per day at the Jacksonville RKT site? 2. What is the ratio of plastic -vs- raggertail? 3. Assuming: a.) a 3 processor package @ 120 tpd (or even ratchet it back to 60tpd) is placed on site; and b.) the site in and of itself cannot support 60-120tpd. Where will the shortfall come from (affecting logistics)? 4. Assuming partial/total shortfall made up by mining the monofil: a.) what are the EPA regulatory hurdles that need to be overcome-- if any?; and b.) what are the logistics involved in this type of plastics mining and preparation for processing?
