Fredrik, I for sure don't have the answer to that one (and many more) but just as well for us, living in the total darkness together with this stock, making it a truth that it is financing shares (just because that is the ONLY option that suits us!!) it could be that we are totally focked. Nisse in the Bod give him a perfect alibi when he leaves the company in due time to say "hey guys when I entered the bod I was enlightened but then I could not say anything to the public about it!!"
And as I think Andrew wrote, YES you are right, people in Sweden are extremely "blue-eyed" and trustful...making it probably the most perfect place in the world to do something like this!
