#61157 RE: sanbrunobaby #61155

I don't want to even venture a guess on that one given the current knowledge gaps we have with regards to what the company is doing behind the scenes. What I would like to see is likely going to be much different than what it turns out to be.

In order to make a good educated answer on that, I believe we would have to have answers to several of your great questions first and more transparency to what is going on behind the scenes. For the most part, the SEC and DRMS docs are only view into the company we have other than some great ongoing DD that several of the longs do here. History and current trend are not looking good for shareholders to date. Even though I believe in the survival of company/entity over the long term and I like mill and various land and potential resource assets that CGFI has, that doesn't mean it will be good for the shareholders short/mid-term unless it stays over .01 and CGFI can (and is willing) to keep the share count down. IMHO, for the longs here (including me), this is a decision as to whether to start all over again for another run or wait it out and see how far this goes down. Do we average down the few shares that we have left or take what we have left in cash? Averaging down is all relative after a 5000/1 reverse split. IMHO, if this goes into the .00X’s or lower, it will likely mean another R/S and may mean an OS as high as “x” billions. Following the DRMS documents and flow of work contained within them gives me the most confidence here and IMHO gives us the best view as to what is going on behind the scenes. I believe that trudging through those docs (if you haven’t done so already) will also answer a few of your unanswered questions. If the deliverables highlighted in those docs occur as planned, and the financial obligations can be met without billions of shares of dilution, then we potentially have a much different ball game.

Just my opinion and 2cts based on what I have seen so far. Still stinging from the chill and R/S.
