imo we can infer montecito wants to move forward with us, otherwise we'd have seen an 8-K by now showing a refund to WGAS of the >$1.5M they already received in the deal.

also, keep in mind that since the deal was closed, there's a high probability the asset has increased in value, especially with energy XXI test drilling in the vicinity, and a much higher oil price. jmho.
