Mike sounds like your down in The Dominican Republic? And from your posting sounds like you believe to have a grasp on whats happening down there? Hey do us investors a favor and dig up some dirt on CaptBilly and his crew. They have six years down there. Must be some convictions from DUI,s, theft, fighting, drug use? Wife beating? Purse snatching, J-walking, Something? Such crooks as you say should have a record as long as your arm.
