Company fielded shareholder questions about what activities were being taken to stop erroneous chat-board postings by “bashers” and other stock-trading manipulations that have occurred from identified individuals. This line of questions led to a discussion about the Company’s current activities in working with the FBI to track the activities, communications and illegal stock trades by these specific traders, in order to stop them and release the artificial weight that their manipulations have imposed on the Company’s share price and shareholders. Hannover House managers expressed confidence that all of the improper activities by these traders will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

IMO, There also may be instances where a company CEO provides false and misleading excuses for why a company's stock price has decreased. For instance, this CEO may claim that the price decrease is a temporary condition resulting from the activities of bashers or short sellers. The CEO may hope to use this disinformation to move the price back up so they can dump their own stock at higher prices. Often, the price decrease is a result of the company's poor performance or financial situation rather than the reasons provided by the CEO.

Seen this type of rhetoric before. It's telling shareholders what they want to hear. Usually ends up a big fat pffffft unfortunately.

The FBI has better things to do. Usually.

But I say have at it!
