Those are all very valid questions and I would like answers to most of them TBH.
I am very curious about the Azurite mine.
I also don't think the S/S will change much, YET.
Can't answer questions about WSRA as they seem to negate on a lot of subjects even if you can get them on the phone.
IGMR is running on the same speculation as GDSM was last year. IMO

I honestly think the share price will channel between 8's-9's till we get some kinda meat. possibly pick up some 7's but I don't think many, TBH.

How about some guesses as to when GDSM's A/S will be raised?

The only factual information we have on this matter is that there are 56 million Series E shares outstanding that could be converted to 840 million common shares at any time, as desired by the respective shareholders. Any guess here would be appropriate. However, seeing that the price of GDSM has dropped approximately 99% in recent months, I would assume that they will opt to sell those shares sooner than later. When the selling is complete, the A/S and O/S will be approximately 1.6 billion.

Keep in mind that people with particular agendas might suggest that these conversions might not take place or probably won't happen at once, but those are the facts. The shares are outstanding and ready to raise the authorized limit when converted. Those are all the facts that exist on this matter.

When will GDSM's maybe/maybe not JV partner WSRA announce beginning of gold production at the Azurite Mine?

I think it is clear that GDSM and WSRA have no intentions to mine gold. Looking at the history of GDSM and respective CEO, Marc Lovito, GDSM is on track to repeat history: incur massive debt and have operational failure resulting in a name change and repeat of the dilution process down the road.

When will Marc do his next "regular" monthly update.

Clearly his update intentions were subject to the Gold Star progress. Seeing that they failed to materialize anything except debt from the operation, the updates are finished and GDSM is looking at changing names and moving on, writing off the losses on the shareholders.

How about some discussion about why the Azurite Mine has not been bought by WSRA as promised many months ago?

WSRA has a history of failed prospects. Perhaps they have finally learned that their intentions are never in the best interests of the shareholders and have decided not to pursue any more operations?

Where will GDSM share price go this week?

Seeing that a new downtrend has started and resistance is breaking, I believe we will see new 52-week lows by EOW.

Or, how about some guesses as to whether Jenkins will get fined for one violation or multiple violations?

I know for a fact that multiple investogations are going on in regards to GDSM's promotional techniques and falsified information in filings and PRs. When these investigations are complete, I hope to see multiple company officers serving time in federal prison.
