OH PLEASE!...considering the ridiculous accusations and ludicrous demands of the case including the nothing less than IDIOTIC disgorgement of over 8 million dollars the 150k fine with no fraud IS a parking ticket.....speaking of 8 million JBI just raised that amount so i guess paying that fine isn't going to be a problem....in any event regardless of how anyone chooses to view it the case is closed.....it's over....ROLL JBI ROLL!!

what annoys this investor isn't the 260k

the ceo spoke for this investor when he stated this last week

This is a very positive development in the life of our company, and we are pleased that this matter has been resolved.

just a reminder .. as discussed at the AGM last July

4 point business plan

1. Expand production
2. procure plastic
3. Sell fuel
4. Financing

We have transitioned from a R+D company to a company that builds processors and sells fuel

yet another waste of investor's money.

For his part ;according to the consent, JB has to pay his fine out of his own pocket which may come from investors indirectly since I am sure his salary is due to investment and revenues generated.

Nice try. It's less than a parking ticket. Average company settlement as I pointed out thousands of times was less than 1% of market cap. Fine came in at 1/5th of 1%.

Combinging company fines with individual fines is hysterical by the way. The company only pays the $150,000 parking ticket, nothing more. It's nothing. As an example, Michael Dell paid a $4 million fine and his company $100 million.

Lawsuit was for $8.4 million in disgorgement. I heard thousands of times that was the real worry. I then said thousands of times that was ridiculous, there's nothing to disgorge because not a single investor invested based on a technicality accounting error that would have been 100% correct under shell accounting rules, and JBII was a shell just 2 months earlier.

And boy was I right -- total disgorgement a big fat ZERO. Total fine a pipsqueak number.

I thought I heard thousands of times John would be on the run or hole himself up in his office with guns blazing and all sorts of other nonsense? ROFL!!!!

Good grief. I predicted less than $800,000 in fines (1% of market cap), and even I was waaaaaaaaaaaay off the mark despite hearing thousands of times it would be way more than $800,000 lol.

3 years of conspiracy theories 24/7 and the fine is $150,000.....wow lol
