LOL, 305% wrong.
No one said the court wouldn't accept the settlement, just disproving the foolish idea that the SEC's no issuing a PR about the settlement indicated anything other than their waiting for that final court approval.

Now that we've crushed that fiction, as well as the "there will be no officer/director ban or fine, the SEC will drop the case" fiction, we can move onto the equally silly "JBI is going to be CFP from operations during this quarter".
