Bordynuik is just playing his usual game. If the SEC would have decided to execute him for heinous crimes, he and his associates would still be spewing out a crapflood of cheers and hurrahs over his awesome victory.

My guess is there's no investor left who's not tired have having Brodynuik and his associates pissing in their ears and telling them it's raining.
