So here is my question? what are we supposed to do now? sell our shares a t a loss and call it a day...?

Over my dead body will this happen...? if this is all a scam, then this is exaclty what they want us to do...this is their easy way out and gives them the 100% easy green card out of jail.

Their excuse would be ...our share holders bailed out on us, we had no money to continue so we were forced to close shop...

Stemcall...no my friend, not yet...we will walk side by said with every lie (I am not saying they are lying - this is what some people on here keep saying) then when they are done lying, we will see their true color...and take action accordingly...

They can't keep promising things...they will have to do them one way or the other...example...the clinical trials should take 3 yrs...so after that, they would need a god damn good excuse to keep sucking our blood unless they have a god damn true logical reason...again, what they tell us can be found out within seconds thanks to the internet.

So you don't have to listen to what I am saying, but maybe we should listen to the logic of other people, we should tap into the smartness of each other so we can figure things out.

I don't work for ACTC, nor do I get paid by them...I am just a simple human being like many of you on here who believed in the science this company has and invested my hard earned money with them...
Now if they screw me...I promise you this...there is no law, nor a court room that will help them...let me leave you with this for your imagination what will happen...

ACTC made bad decision in the past...they are paying of it today...Again I say this, if this is all planned and we are being scammed....why bother with the clinical trials, why bother with paying old debt???why not call it a day and leave the past behid?

Stemcall, thank you for telling it how it really is not only for you, but others as well, like myself.

As I have posted before, the toxic funding and the search for a biotech knowledgeable ceo, all took place with Rabin's presence and it's hard not to believe, his influence, which continues.
In my thinking, he has gained much too much already financially and not the right person to move this incredibly promising developing biotech forward to commercialization.

My hope is we soon have an association with quality biotech with proven experienced management material, and with commercialization know how, rather than what strikes me all these years as mediocre management, at best, save for the efforts and success of Dr.Lanza and a few board members.
