Yes, he did. That was the set up I was talking about trapping the loyal longs. To give the CEO credit he has been talking about becoming a "fully reporting company" for a while and he has been talking about "friendly Financing " for awhile. Although, neither one has happened. The point many are trying to make is this will not help the longs who fell for the hype thinking they would be rewarded for supporting the company.
Getting R/S to nothing and having the "Dilution Continue" .. is really not much of a reward.
