No matter how hard people try and defend the company. Nothing will stop the increase in the A/S and the Re Structure. Its going to happen regardless.

It will take between 6 months to a year to file all the reports to go fully reporting

No way this company can survive without more dilution. I see the A/S moving up PDQ tied to more hype about the all new and improve company once reporting
