My real question is how non-institutionalized investors could / have shorted this stock. Is it not rediculously hard to short a pink sheet stock without being basically a brokerage?

I am getting really concerned here with so many board members believing in the massive short conspiracy. What if the shorts truly are as smart as alanc see says. He said they have tons of tricks up their sleeve and will try to use every one of them. I would think an opponent that sophisticated as that has a good chance of crushing a small pink with 2 employees and wiping us all out. Should I sell now?
