You would do well to look up what a Toxic Financing really is. THERE WAS NO TOXIC FINANCING USED ON KATX - NOR WERE THERE OR ARE THERE ANY I O U SHARES IN PLAY. I am amazed at the persistence of these nasty rumors. NEVER HAPPENED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PERIOD !!!

But B402 was saying the opposite during 2011 & 2012, why ?
Maybe something you missed or ignored ?
Also, the SEC HEARINGS on NAKED SHORTING must mean something.
Otherwise the SEC wouldn't waste time on that subject and more new rules were put into effect as of 11-30-2012.
Now there's a New SEC CHIEF replacing the old chief.
