I get your comments. But why do you think they need another convertible to keep things moving forward?

They are paying consultants and contractors in restricted shares, then little cash is needed until the conditions met and financing kicks in.

Ah yes, I meant ”insignificant” in that the discussion seemed to be talking about only the $5,000 to cover a quarter worth of expenses which would be lost cause from the start given the normal quarterly expenses shown in the 10Q and 10Ks which are of course much more than the $5,000. My point of the post is similar to yours in that there are other forms of “cash on hand” that may be able to meet this need other than the $5,000 that was in discussion.
