A basic formality? Really? Name one OTC stock that has been suspended by the SEC and subsequently returned to the OTC exchange? Let me help you, the answer is none. If they weren't ultimately revoked, they ended up languishing on the the grey market until they were basically forgotten by most investors. So to call this a 'basic formality' is the biggest understatement of the day.
