It would be great once we close a few sales and get back in shape, to have a preferred shares offering. The idea would be to use the funds to diversify?

Also, I agree about MnVap. Our problem there is getting on the bad list with the EPA. Keith Poier tried to play tough with the EPA. It does not work that way. With much of Government and Unions it is brown nosing, ego building and pay offs. I have witnessed it first hand. Fortunately I preferred not to get the contracts than play that game.

I label my thoughts on St. Malo as hopes!
