let me give you a hint >> the PROS knew about the sec settlement
back in Dec 2012 >> it's why NITE's *percentages* were the highest
ever .. all the while Dec's *volume* was the lowest for 2012

this is called .. being between a rock and a hard place
with JBI's mgmt now holding the whip hand

as i just noted to someone else .. PROS CONtrolled *outcomes*
in 2010 .. 2011 .. and *most* of 2012

this is 2013 .. role reversal will be revealing to watch .. i'll
point out a few clues as they show themselves :)

as i noted last May (and posted earlier) .. smoke and mirrors has to
make a choice (or two) .. yet again >> going forward ..

this round will be *equally* obvious ;)
