I suggest you remove the director reference from the Nevada SOS if you indeed resigned all positions. Unless the company defines Terry Hurley's position and duties, he should also resign imo. As much as you want to "insanely" help SDVI which for some is appreciated, doing so without public scrutiny is impossible as long as the state of incorporation still lists you as a director. If we consider you a contractor only with common shares (if owned), that will help remove you from main stage imo. I also suggest the company update the director info on Nevada SOS and pay any fees due if applicable. Being in "default" helps no one and could very well help justify a trading suspension imo. The TA is another issue. Since Island did not define the servicing halt, I will wait for info before assuming why.
