Ummmm....Webster may have a definition of "market value".

And FINRA may include the definition as an educational item.

But you said FINRA "determines" market value.

If you mistakenly wrote "determines" when you meant to write "defines", fine.

Otherwise, you're still wrong that Finra "determines" anything.

The market determines market value. Not Finra.
