RJ, I agree that but for Brian keeping the doors open, our collective investments would be worthless. Believe it or not, I also agree with his decision to cease public reporting of the 10K/10Q. Audits and reviews are super expensive with very little reward. Better to save the money for now. Of course I don't agree with his total lack of communication with the shareholders. Basically because I think communication would not take a lot of effort on his part and would cost next to nothing. How about a management letter to the shareholders? Post a link to the letter on the website. Done. No fuss, no cost.
