I'm not sure what their issue is. All I know is I couldn't buy this morning and it said "DTC Chill". Is that something different from DTCC? Anyways I just switched to Etrade. I have had enough with TDA!

Yeah, they wouldn't go into detail as to why they have chilled it, it is limited to just TD Ameritrade as far as I can tell.
