Mail Notice of Allowance

Slicric, a Notice of Allowance is an approval. My understanding of the approval process is:

The approved application is sent to the Office of Publications and the Notice of Allowance is sent to the applicant. The applicant then has 90 days to pay the fees for the publication of the patent or the patent is abandoned if fees are not paid. The fee being charged for this particular patent to be published is $1185. The 90 days began on January 16, 2013.
