The company is an active status in Nevada and no longer revoked as a corporation.

Canada is very strict with filings...No filings then they get the CTO...It means those with Canadian brokers cannot trade the stock...From what I am reading AVVH is working on getting their filings in order...If they get them done in Canada as well, I would think the CTO would be removed there for Canadian traders...Just like when they get them updated here, they will be "current"
