I think the markets and credit will return but it won't last. Will be our one shot to get funding/credit to get this going. The longer we wait the less likely we will get anything. Not sure how a healthy credit market affects trying to settle for pennies on the dollar with outstanding debt.

So we are maxed at 1 billion shares correct? I didn't dive too deep but with any of the debt does it convert to more shares?
