Upon further review it appears that Mr. Wesson has not personally made a "six-figure investment" of JBI shares in the open market since the beginning of time, let alone in 2012.
If I'm wrong let me know.

You could not possibly know this without having access to Mr. Wesson's private trading records, considering he was substantially invested prior to becoming a member of the board. The 2012 investment, as stated in the filings, was in a private placement.
