Keep in mind that this is from the same guys that did the hit piece a year ago. In order for it to be news, there needs to be something new on the table. It's just an opinion piece from a source with a questionable reputation for bias and manipulation.
News would be an announcement of production numbers, a new contract, or the completion of unit 3.
