Agreed! All the ones I've been buying from day one in Kroger have been mid March. So to hear that there are now November dates is fantastic. By the way, all food products have an expiration date. Not sure what that comment was for.

Hi Mark, I really can’t comment on news that has not been released publicly, but if you look at Stock Traders Talk radio or Small Cap Voice and listen to my interviews you will hear my view of how excited we are about Phase III sales for 2013. My expectation would be that people should reasonably expect that in order for us to sell Phase III we need to produce Phase III. We consistently produce Phase III at our co-packer in New York and have completed, in the normal course of business, two Phase III production runs in the last 3 months. Thanks for the note. RGW

Mudd- Thanks for posting the Experation to show there was a new production run. Not to long ago there was someone here (I think his name was Pluto or Paczki) who said production has stopped.
