There are two ways of looking at that and you have chosen the wrong one, which suggests that one person left the chair and was replaced by pretty much the same person
Nothing could be further from the truth
As I posted previously, the CEO of this company when the ticker was DNRR was not the nicest guy, and did not have the shareholders of this company's best interest in mind; in fact he ran this company pretty much for his own benefit, issuing himself millions of shares, hiding them through other individuals in the Bahamas or Turks and Caicos, and setting up an elaborate chain of lies designed to string along unsuspecting investors
The current CEO has set up a fully transparent company - he takes calls from investors, if you send them an email, Trisha will get back to you in the same day, and they have issued almost NO new shares since August
To those who are complaining about the delays getting a deal signed, I can only tell you from being in the Oil and Gas business for the past 35 years that these types of deals actually DO take a lot of time to finalize, and that once they didn't have a deal signed by Thanksgiving, I pretty much knew that we wouldn't see one until the first quarter (you know - NOW?!)
If they made one mistake, it was giving folks a timeline for a deal completion a few months ago
I personally believe they are all settling into their roles, and aggressively pursuing contracts on several levels now, so that they only need just one to get signed and we are off to the races
