Well, at least you can acknowledge that there are a lot of convertible notes out there. And you are right, some might be long term believers/investors. But the fact is that OLMP has been selling and always seems to have shares to sell. So who would be so happy to sell between .021 and .027? I'm saying logical conclusion are those who make a profit at those levels and that would certainly include people with 2 cent shares happy to make anywhere from 5% to 30% on their money.
