Cash4, Your calculations don't seem right. You calculate earnings per share based off of outstanding shares, not authorized:

At $10,000,000 / 40m os shares = .25 per share.

At $25,000,000 / 40m os shares = .63
per share.

Authorized is 200m shares but you cannot calculate earnings off of unissued shares, only outstanding......

This could be a really be a giant stock.
