It is because this company is legit, they don't hype it with PR. They just announced a shipment.

The big difference now is that they stated that they received revenue of 2.4 million euros in November from a shipment. If they continue to sell product and receive monthly income the pps on this stock should increase dramatically since it is no longer a speculative stock. That is if the traders don't run it into the ground.
