35 billion shares created and sold.they would have to sell every one between $.0001 and $.0002pps to only equal total income of $5 million.(ask some longs what they paid)
if you know anything about accounting, you know there are many ways to show and move numbers.they have easily taken in $40 million.
the real question you should be asking is"what incentive do they have to change"?why should they hire employees,pay insurances,upkeep,equipment,maintenance,business filings,etc etc.
Id say selling worthless stock to anyone dumb enough to buy is much simpler,and in this case profitable.
The reason this company hasnt produced anything in 9 years is becuz it doesnt have to.It can sell stock to a seemingly endless supply of suckers.
