SIAF will have to comply with reporting rules of both US and swedish exchanges. As for the US I donot see how it can avoid reporting holdings by NS as an insider. As long as he owns shares (no matter in which account) and is the beneficiary owner, he has to report his ownership imo.

You assume that one would hide behind the fact that it is hard to control?

I am and I know a quite few "insiders", and none of us act irresponsible only because it is possible!

Of course there are some who do this, as other more or less "criminal" things, the world is not perfect!
