I dont agree. I think vrng requested other items be ruled on that take place prior to a RR. And maybe the judge thinks ruling in those issues should come first then he will rule on the futue as in RR. I dont think the dates changed at all regarding laches, invalidity, request for mew trial on past damages etc...
